Tsehaynew Ademe was born in Northern Ethiopia, Gondar town in 1985 and he lost his two eyes at the age of five due to harmful traditional practice. In 1993, he joined Wolayita Blind’s School and attended his primary and secondary education. Tsehaynew has diploma in Amharic and English language and BA degree in Educational Leadership. He is also studying Masters Degree in Leadership at Dela University. He has also attended a short-term training on Business Leadership at University of Virginia. Tsehaynew is also a 2018 Mandela Washington Fellow. Due to his strong ambition to support persons with disabilities, he established a Inclusive Humanitarian Organization for person with disabilities and serving as a founding manager of the association
